We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an award-winning Pharmaceutical organization based in Meath. This is an excellent position for anyone who is looking to join a leading multinational who are one of the best at what they do.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive calendar management, including scheduling, prioritising appointments and coordinating diaries
  • Scheduling and coordinating team meetings, both onsite and virtual
  • Organising offsite meetings and events, including logistics, venues, travel and agendas
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team, including ordering and managing office stationery and supplies
  • Purchasing administration, including raising and tracking purchase requests
  • Placing and managing Purchase Orders (POs) and liaising with vendors and internal finance teams
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to purchases and administration
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 8+ years working at this executive level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems experience
  • Strong administrative coordination abilities
  • Customer service experience
