We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a Pharmaceutical organization based in Athlone. This is an excellent position for anyone who is looking to join a leading multinational who are one of the best at what they do.

Duties

• Working closely with the maintenance team scoping and planning of maintenance work
• Identification of required components, vendors and or special equipment required to carry out work safely.
• Sourcing, ordering and tracking to site of required nonstock components
• Liaising with stakeholders as required for access to equipment.
• Management of vendors including preapproval of personal and RAMS and associated documentation to meet EHSS and Quality requirements to bring vendors on site.
• Identification of spares and Kitting to Works Orders as required
• Working with Stores personnel to identify stocking levels and requirements
• Organising of permitting as required to support technicians and vendors

Education & Experience

• Experience in a similar role within the life science industry is essential.
• Experience with PEMAC CMMS, Onelook an distinct advantage
