We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an award-winning Medical Device organization based in Limerick. This is an excellent position for anyone who is looking to join a leading multinational who are one of the best at what they do.


Duties

· Lead large projects that drive cost benefits aligned with strategy.

· Develop the standard processes, tools, scorecards, and metrics for External Manufacturing to allow leadership to easily identify risks, address performance issues, manage escalations and deliver on opportunities for improvement.

· Attend leadership reviews, recommend, and train when needed the optimal lean tool to provide maximum business return

· Build Capability by developing, deploying, and coordinating the skill assessment application to drive and leverage Make Excellence utilizing OGSM model.

· Work with the New Product Introductions Group to incorporate lean principles in product and process design and development.

· Capability of influencing business partners. Exceptional relationship builder, matrix worker, networker, and collaborator.

· Change leader - driver of business transformation with an innovative mindset and a capability to positively challenge the status quo to drive results

· Ability to work effectively within a complex matrixed, fast-paced, and changing environment is required

· Ability to identify and assess risk and prioritize competing demands is required

· Strategic thinking, visionary and foresight to conceptualize new solutions that address core business objectives

· Bifocal approach - ability to zoom-in/zoom-out for strategic and tactical, high-level and detailed, etc.

· Ability and passion to coach, develop, & support


Education & Experience

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree is required in a Supply Chain or Engineering discipline

· Advanced degree or MBA is preferred

· Six Sigma Black Belt and FPX certification preferred
