Senior Manufacturing Engineer - (NC,CAPA,SICR)

Duties

• Development and implementation of appropriate supporting documentation, SOPs and process work instructions compliant with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Transferring and implementing processes, either from development, or from another manufacturing facility.
• Responsibility for review and owning of NC and CAPAs, with attention to detail, review for completeness, accuracy, effectivity and timeliness.
• Liaise with relevant functional groups, facilitate and lead peers through all stages of the NC / CAPA process.
• Exhibit ability to build expertise in managing NC & CAPA tasks in the application of problem-solving techniques and promote its use and development e.g. Human Error Reduction, 4-D etc.
• Highly proficient on NC/ CAPA procedures, and super user of eCAPA system.

• Level 8 Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience is required.
• Proven Project Management skills through the delivery of business critical projects.
• Has 2-4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
