We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an award-winning Pharmaceutical organization based in Meath. This is an excellent position for anyone who is looking to join a leading multinational who are one of the best at what they do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the introduction of new materials to support manufacturing and supply chain operations
- Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering to ensure material readiness
- Support delivery of key programme milestones aligned to material onboarding
- Ensure all required documentation and system readiness activities are completed
- Track progress of material introduction activities and escalate risks or delays
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to overall programme delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues impacting material availability
- Ensure compliance with site procedures and regulatory standards
Education and Experience:
- Degree or 3rd level qualification (Business, Science, Engineering or related)
- 3–5 years’ experience in a supply chain, manufacturing, or materials coordination role
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biologics manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience supporting NPI, tech transfer, or material introduction activities is highly desirable
- SAP experience
